Who we are

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, optional company name, and message when you submit the form on /contact.
• Business assessment: answers you provide in the /start wizard. We store these in your browser session only. We do not send them to our servers unless you share results via contact.
• AI assistant: messages you send through the on-site chat, plus anonymous usage events (for example, page opened or prompt clicked). We do not store full chat transcripts on our servers beyond what we need to process a single request.
• Analytics: anonymous page views and interaction events via Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting, pricing region detection, and assessment currency), browser type, and referrer. If you allow browser location on /pricing, we use coordinates only to infer country — we do not store your precise location. Standard web server logs when deployed.

How we use your information

• Respond to inquiries you submit through contact forms.
• Operate and improve the website, including the AI assistant grounded in our public site content.
• Prevent abuse through rate limits and spam detection on forms.
• Understand aggregate traffic patterns through analytics.
• Detect whether to show India (INR) or global (USD) pricing based on IP, timezone, optional browser location, or a cookie if you switch manually.

Third-party services

• Vercel hosts the site, runs analytics, and serves edge functions.
• Resend delivers contact form emails to our team.
• Groq processes AI assistant chat requests. We send message content to Groq's API to generate responses. See Groq's privacy policy for how they handle API data.

Retention

• We keep contact form submissions in our email inbox for as long as we need to manage the business relationship, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• This site does not persist AI assistant requests in a database. Groq may retain API logs per their policies.
• Analytics data is retained per Vercel's default retention windows.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email katalyzuak@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics may use minimal first-party cookies or similar technologies for aggregate measurement. The AI assistant stores conversation state in your browser's session storage until you close the tab or clear it.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
