About

A two-person studio that ships your software.

KatalyzU is Abisek plus one builder. Websites, business software, integrations, and AI when it is the right lever. No account managers, no bench team.

Founder and builder

Abisekkamthan R S

I started KatalyzU because too many good ideas die in Notion docs and agency timelines. I wanted a studio that sells shipped software on a deadline at a flat price, not hours and slide decks.

Before the studio I built production systems for real operators: billing platforms with OCR pipelines, fuel-delivery apps that replaced WhatsApp workflows, RAG systems that cite sources, and marketing sites that load fast on mobile data.

Today we are two people. Both of us build. Both of us are on your calls. If your project needs a 20-person agency, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.

  • Production billing, logistics, and OCR systems shipped
  • RAG, eval harnesses, and model tuning in production
  • Full-stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL
  • Remote-first · English-first · USD and INR billing

Two-person studio. One active client build at a time. Expect 1–2 weeks lead time before kickoff.

Who runs this

Who runs this

KatalyzU is a two-person studio. We care about things that ship: sites your customers actually use, internal tools that survive real operations, and AI only where it clears the bar.

Background: production work for real operators. Billing platforms, logistics stacks, marketing sites, OCR and data pipelines, RAG, and model tuning. The kind of work that still has to work on a Friday at 6pm.

You talk to the people who build your software. No handoff to juniors. No account layer between you and the repo.

How we work with you

How we work with you

Fixed scope, fixed price

Every engagement starts with a one-page scope. We set price before any code is written. No hourly billing and no creep.

You own everything

Source, prompts, weights, and evals go to you on delivery. No per-seat fee, no lock-in, nothing you cannot fork.

Working software over slides

We do not produce strategy decks. Day 1 is a working session. Twice a week you get a Loom of something running.

Honest scoping

If your idea will not work, we say so on Day 1 before you pay. We fix scope and price in writing before code starts.

Why a studio, not an agency

Why a studio, not an agency

Agencies sell hours. Studios sell shipped things. Most digital projects stall when they are managed from slides instead of repos. We charge flat, ship on a deadline, and hand you working code. Two people, one active build, full attention on your project.

FAQ

Questions about the studio

How big is the studio?

Two people. One active client build at a time. Both of us stay on your project from scoping through handover.

What industries do you work in?

SaaS, logistics, billing, legal tech, and operator-heavy SMBs. If you have a workflow and data, we can usually help.

Do you subcontract work?

No. The people on your scoping call build your project. We do not hand you off to freelancers or a bench team.

Can I talk before I commit?

Yes. Complete the intake at /start or email us. We reply within one business day with a scoping slot, not a sales sequence.

Where are you based?

Remote-first and worldwide. We schedule calls to overlap with your business hours.

What makes you different from an agency?

Flat price, fixed timeline, and you own the repo on delivery. You are buying working software from two senior builders, not billable hours from a roster.
