KatalyzU is run by a builder who cares about things that ship: sites customers actually use, internal tools that survive real operations, and AI only where it clears the bar.

Background: production work for real operators — billing platforms, logistics stacks, marketing sites, OCR and data pipelines, RAG, and model tuning. The kind of work that still has to work on a Friday at 6pm.

The studio stays deliberately small. One person scoping, one person building, one number to call. No account managers, no juniors learning on your dollar.

Fixed scope, fixed price

Every engagement starts with a one-page scope. Price is set before any code is written. No hourly billing, no creep.

You own everything

Source, prompts, weights, evals — handed over on Day 7. There is no per-seat fee, no lock-in, and nothing you cannot fork.

Working software over slides

We do not produce strategy decks. Day 1 is a working session; every day after is a Loom of something running.

Quiet refunds, loud honesty

If we cannot ship, we refund without drama. If your idea will not work, we say so on Day 1 — before you pay.

Agencies sell hours. Studios sell shipped things. Most digital projects stall when they are managed from slides instead of repos. We charge flat, ship on a deadline, and hand over working code — whether that is a site, a platform, or an AI workflow.
